Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program: reconsideration process

Applicants to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program who's applications have been refused are being given the opportunity to seek a reconsideration of the refusal decision, should they consider an error in assessment has been made by the program. The error identified must be related to the stated reason/reasons for the refusal of application. Reconsideration requests take into consideration eligibility requirements at the time of the original application.
