The third round of invitations to apply for permanent residence under the Express Entry system of 2019 came on January 30.

January 30, 2019 at 12:09:10 UTC -- 3,350 invitations -- 438 CRS points minimum -- tie-breaking rule April 26, 2018 at 05:00:46 UTC: candidates from Federal Skilled Worker, Federal Skilled Trades, Canadian Experience Class, and Provincial Nominee Program eligible for this round of invitations.

With this round of invitations, we saw the lowest CRS score admissible, i.e. 438, since the introduction of the Express Entry tie-breaking rule back in 2017.
