While the previous round of invitations to apply for permanent residence under the Express Entry system brought the lowest comprehensive ranking system score since the introduction of the tie-breaking rule (i.e. 438 CRS points), in the case of the February 20, 2019 round of invitations, the minimum score rose again above 450 CRS points.
